For us, quality is the fuel that keeps us active. **If, like us, you are driven by water and want to make a difference in the world—join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Role Mission:** Supervise the implementation of water and wastewater treatment systems, meeting client requirements. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect electromechanical assembly activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and established protocols for occupational and environmental safety; * Plan, schedule, and control CAPEX projects; * Monitor and track physical progress of projects, developing action plans with third parties to realign scheduling and reporting, including daily construction reports; * Identify and report physical deviations observed during field assembly of executed projects; * Manage and organize project documentation / generate progress reports; * Verify materials and request additional supplies as needed; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Completed undergraduate degree or technical diploma in Chemistry, Engineering, Sanitation, Environmental Science, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with technical standards related to civil construction, environmental legislation, and chemical products * Experience in engineering and water treatment plants * Experience managing field/mounting teams * Willingness to travel is mandatory * Valid driver’s license **What We Expect From You:** * Commitment to project deadlines and budget * Effective communication among client / EP / field team * Management of third-party contractors and internal team * Adherence to internal administrative / HR / EHS procedures **Additional Information** **General Information:** * **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) * **Fixed Compensation:** To be determined * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (depending on assigned project) * **Location:** To be defined * **Work Mode:** On-site (field leave every 60 days) **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Gympass * Accommodation, meal, and travel expenses covered by EP * Field leave every 60 days, fully funded by EP Grupo EP was founded in 1974 with the mission of preserving the environment, ensuring compliance with environmental laws, and leaving a better world for future generations.
