Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and executing maintenance processes and routines, overseeing service quality and adherence to the maintenance schedule to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure service compliance with legislation and standards Responsibilities * **Job Mission:** Responsible for monitoring and executing work processes and maintenance routines for the unit where assigned, overseeing the quality of services performed and adherence to the maintenance schedule, aiming to contribute to increased efficiency, reduced costs and rework, as well as supporting management in controlling resources and activities. * **Responsibilities:** Responsible for ensuring execution of Industrial Facilities maintenance activities, covering infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and support systems; Administer maintenance and Facilities service contracts, including approval of measurement reports (MRs), technical oversight, and validation of services delivered; Ensure availability, preservation, and reliability of building infrastructure and support facilities for industrial operations; Manage third-party contracts, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, timeline, and cost requirements; Ensure service compliance with applicable legislation, environmental standards, corporate requirements, and internal procedures; Develop, control, and monitor the department’s budget and investments; Lead and develop in-house teams and service providers, promoting high performance and operational safety; Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize Facilities services; Support industrial operations by ensuring maintenance activities are executed without impacting production continuity; Act as manager of support services for the industrial plant, ensuring availability of resources required for operations. Participate in development and execution of contingency and emergency response plans; Contract and Service Management: Responsible for technical and administrative management of contracts related to: Pest control, Civil maintenance, HVAC systems (air conditioning), Elevating platforms, Forklifts, Landscaping and gardening, Industrial and building cleaning, Cargo handling, Scaffolding, and industrial maintenance support; Technical Activities: Manage vehicle fleet maintenance and monitor operational conditions; Plan, schedule, and monitor execution of services performed by in-house and contracted teams; Conduct field inspections and supervise service and contract execution; Issue material requisitions and service requests; Perform technical analyses and monitor contractual execution, ensuring scope compliance; Inspect containment basins and prepare technical specifications for corrective and preventive maintenance; Inspect civil structures, preparing technical specifications for service contracting and material procurement; Issue and control Work Permits (WPs), ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration. * **Mandatory Knowledge:** Solid experience in civil engineering with focus on multidisciplinary leadership (civil maintenance and support areas); Experience in developing strategic maintenance contracts; Contract management, including service provider performance indicators; Proficiency in the 5S methodology. * **Desirable Knowledge:** * English – Basic (Desirable); * Integrated Management System (IMS) – Covers certified management system standards adopted by the company (ISOs, Responsible Care, Halal, Kosher, etc.).
