




Description: * Elementary education; * Availability of schedule; * Experience in farm routines. * Poultry house preparation: Organize and inspect the shed before the arrival of the birds. Check cleanliness, disinfection, temperature, ventilation, bedding, feeders and drinkers. * Task distribution and team guidance: Relay instructions received from management or technical supervisor. Monitor and guide employees in carrying out activities. Assist in training new employees. * Feeding and hydration of birds: Ensure feed is correctly distributed and in adequate quantity. Guarantee proper functioning and cleanliness of drinkers, with supply of quality water. * Daily management monitoring: Monitor feed and water consumption, weight, behavior and mortality. Immediately report incidents such as diseases, prolapse, cannibalism or equipment failures. * Environmental control and biosecurity: Adjust temperature, ventilation, curtains and lighting. Apply hygiene and biosecurity standards (footbaths, sanitary barriers, PPEs, etc.). * Record keeping and reporting: Fill out reports on consumption, mortality, uniformity and other occurrences. Present results to immediate supervisor. * Ensure organization and maintenance of the area: Keep environment clean, organized and safe for staff and birds.
