Job Summary: This role supervises financial postings, controls inventory and procurement, ensures meal quality, and manages the infrastructure of a Distribution Center. Key Highlights: 1. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Supervise and approve financial postings, planning and provisioning expenses, validating contract execution and procurement processes, billing for additional operational services, travel adjustments, cash flow management, and finalizing the Distribution Center’s return process, in accordance with internal procedures and policies, aiming at expense reduction, financial control, and compliance. 2\) Control inventory and warehouse movements, mapping and providing visibility into critical item balances for operations (e.g., forklifts, doors, refrigeration), ensuring adherence to internal procedures and policies, aiming at conscious consumption, procurement negotiation, and cost reduction. 3\) Supervise the branch’s procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies, aiming to build long-term partnerships with suppliers for recurring purchases and achieve optimal cost/benefit ratios for spot purchases, while ensuring quality of acquired services/products and cost reduction. 4\) Ensure meal quality and control quantities consumed at the Distribution Center, supervising compliance with all sanitary regulations, aiming at food safety, employee satisfaction with meals and dining facilities. 5\) Ensure quality of PPE washing and monthly quantity, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary and safety requirements, aiming at hygiene and optimal cost/benefit ratio for the service provided. 6\) Guarantee organization, maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all internal and external Distribution Center infrastructure, controlling documentation, visual management, availability of resources and technology/telecom equipment, covering all common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, dining facilities, and workstations, aiming at standardization, hygiene, and safety in all environments, in compliance with applicable regulations and legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** MINIMUM REQUIRED: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields. DESIRED: Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in relevant area.
