Work Location: Maceió/AL (100% on-site) Responsibilities: Preparing and analyzing construction budgets for infrastructure and sanitation projects; Identifying and estimating direct and indirect costs for project execution; Analyzing technical specifications and identifying material and resource requirements; Monitoring and controlling costs during project execution; Assisting in the preparation of financial schedules and cost plans; Preparing detailed budget reports and financial feasibility studies; Participating in team meetings to present budget progress for projects. Requirements: Completed technical education; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Civil, Environmental, or Sanitary Engineering, or related fields; Desirable: Experience in infrastructure and sanitation sector; 3 to 5 years of experience in budgeting; Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel; Knowledge of budgeting systems and cost estimation (Cost Spreadsheet, Material Budgets, Labor and Equipment Estimates); Preferred: Familiarity with OpenPlant or specific 3D modeling tools applied to the sector; Desirable: Intermediate English proficiency; Benefits* Up to 15 consecutive days (up to 11 business days) of rest; * WellHub (formerly GymPass); * Birthday Day-Off; * Co-payment Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Birth Card for children born after hiring; * Year-end Corporate Performance Bonus
