Belem Bioenergia Brasil believes that success comes from people, therefore we invest in the diversity of our workforce, fostering an inclusive environment regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, belief, or special needs. **Here, EVERYONE is welcome!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and ensure maintenance of the risk management matrix, as well as implementation and execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency actions. * Ensure identification, assessment, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, conducting risk and opportunity analyses for the business. * Supervise monitoring of environmental license conditions. – Represent the company before governmental and non-governmental agencies, defending institutional interests and maintaining good communication. * Issue technical reports, bulletins, and assessments to meet SMS legal requirements and environmental conditions. * Develop, implement, and monitor plans focused on worker health, safety, and environmental preservation. * Promote continuous improvement of departmental processes. * Measure and evaluate results of implemented projects and actions. * Develop environmental education programs, encouraging best practices. * Implement SMS management routines, supervise team, and develop suppliers. * Comply with and disseminate guidelines from SGI, RSPO, FSSC 22000, as well as internal standards and procedures. * Comply with and promote health, safety, environmental regulations, and other corporate policies. * Perform other related tasks as required by leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** * Reside in or have availability to live in Tailândia/Pará; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Engineering; * Proficiency in Office suite. **Additional information** * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Pharmacy credit; * Transportation provided by the company.
