Description:
Requirements:
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Familiarity with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Completed postgraduate degree in a field related to sustainability;
* Training in GRI Standards or proven practical experience applying GRI guidelines;
* Knowledge of sustainability indicators and indexes (ISE, ETHOS, CDP);
* Experience leading and facilitating sustainability-related training sessions/workshops.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop nationwide socio-environmental projects to promote the application of methodologies and technical-scientific information that strengthen the brand’s purpose, business productivity, and sustainability;
* Develop nationwide projects enabling the implementation of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and other Socio-Environmental Responsibility initiatives;
* Implement and monitor the internal certification strategy for the Unimed System (Unimed Governance and Sustainability Seals);
* Monitor adherence to and implementation of the Unimed System’s National Sustainability Policy, tracking deployed actions and assessing alignment with the established model;
* Design an indicator and target plan for sustainability projects and prepare management reports;
* Monitor indicators, results, impacts, and sustainability of initiatives within the area;
* Provide technical support for socio-environmental projects and strategic processes of the Company;
* Lead and monitor the Sustainability Committee;
* Interface with the UN Global Compact;
* Prepare and analyze data, documents, and information related to assigned activities, evaluating their impacts and interrelationships with other business activities/processes;
* Conduct meetings with internal interface areas to define institutional action plans supporting improvements in the Sustainability Seal certification process;
* Support implementation of the Carbon Neutral Program (Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory), providing technical support to the team during data tabulation and analysis;
* Provide technical support to the Unimed System on technical matters and projects within this area.
