




Eterc Engineering is seeking a senior professional to strategically lead Quality, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility (QSMR) management across its projects. The position is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), guaranteeing legal and regulatory compliance, preventing accidents and socio-environmental impacts, and strengthening a culture of operational excellence and sustainability. Now, we are expanding our team—and we want you on board. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Lead strategic QSMR management across all company construction sites. * Plan, implement, and maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO standards, legislation, and contractual requirements. * Coordinate multidisciplinary QSMR teams, fostering development and high performance. * Integrate QSMR processes with Construction, Planning, Procurement, HR, and Contracts departments. * Monitor and report KPIs related to accidents, quality, environmental performance, and social responsibility. * Plan and conduct audits, inspections, and legal compliance activities. * Lead accident and non-conformance investigations, ensuring effective corrective actions. * Develop safety, quality, and environmental programs and campaigns. * Structure and oversee the annual mandatory and development training plan. * Serve as the technical QSMR reference point for clients, communities, and regulatory bodies. * Manage QSMR budgets for construction projects, optimizing resources responsibly. * Contribute to ESG initiatives and indicators, and promote digitalization and innovation in QSMR processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, registered with CREA. Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety, Quality, Environment, Production, or related QSMR/QSMS fields. **Preferred experience includes:** Implementation and management of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Legal occupational health and safety and environmental programs (PGR, PCMSO – interface, PCMAT, PPR, waste management, etc.). Quality management on construction sites, audits, and non-conformance handling. Risk analysis, accident investigation, CIPA, emergency brigades, and occupational health and safety legal requirements. Environmental and social responsibility management in construction environments. Analysis and monitoring of QSMR indicators. Experience working with major clients (energy, industrial, EPC contractors, concessionaires). Advanced Microsoft Office suite; MS Teams experience; MS Project desirable.
