Collaborate on R&D with universities and industrial partners Description: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. * Solid knowledge of gas production processes (biomethane, natural gas, CO2, etc.). * Willingness to travel. * Conduct research to optimize biogas and biomethane production processes from organic waste and other biomass sources. Develop technologies for CO2 capture, storage, and utilization. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the fields of biogas, biomethane, and CO2. Collaborate with universities, research institutes, and industrial partners on R\&D projects. * Collaborate with the sales team to align product development with market needs. Conduct market analysis to identify commercial opportunities for biomethane and CO2. Develop technical and commercial materials to support sales and marketing of products. Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to promote developed technologies. * Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, explaining the benefits and applications of biomethane and CO2 products. Describe bioplant process procedures and quality parameters. Deliver technical and commercial presentations and training sessions for customers, bioplant staff, and stakeholders. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide specialized consulting to customers. * Plan, manage, and execute technology development projects covering the entire biodigestion system (from feedstock management to biogas generation), biomethane, and carbon dioxide. Develop prototypes and conduct pilot tests to validate new technologies and processes. Prepare detailed technical and commercial reports.
