Job Summary: Opportunity for an Occupational Safety Technician to work on safety integration, training management, and support in accident investigations. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of safety integration and safety dialogue. 2. Management of NR (Regulatory Standards) training and Work Permits. 3. Support in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade management. Opportunity to work as an Occupational Safety Technician at our Milk Processing Plant (UBL) in Castro/PR. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safety integration for service providers and employees; * Conduct safety dialogues; * Issuance and revalidation of Work Permits; * Management of NR (Regulatory Standards) training; * Management of third-party contractors related to the safety area; * Assist, monitor, and investigate occupational accidents; * Assist in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) management; * Assist in Fire Brigade management; * Comply with implemented quality and safety programs and company internal standards; * Perform other duties necessary within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in **Occupational Safety;** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in **Environmental Engineering**, **Forestry Engineering**, or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of the Senior system is desirable; * Must reside in **Piraí do Sul/PR** or **Castro/PR;** * Minimum **6 months** of experience in Occupational Safety; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and Occupational Health and Safety legislation; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Meals provided at the facility cafeteria; * Chartered transportation. **At Castrolanda,** we understand that fertile soil is our starting point, **but it is the talent of those who work it that defines the future.** We are not merely a production cooperative; we are a place where knowledge and people advance together.
