Apply to our new openings and share! **Responsibilities and duties** We are seeking a **Regulatory Manager** to work on one of the country’s leading highway concessions, ensuring strategic alignment among regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and the concessionaire’s operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Regulatory Agencies, fostering institutional relationships, and supporting technical areas in decision-making based on current regulations and legislation. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage relationships with the Regulatory Agency and other government bodies, ensuring technically sound, clear, and contract-compliant communication. * Monitor and interpret legislation, standards, resolutions, and regulatory requirements applicable to the highway sector. * Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and regulatory deadlines, including submission of reports, statements, and official documents. * Coordinate responses to official letters, infringement notices, notifications, and technical demands from the Regulatory Agency. * Support internal departments (Operations, Engineering, Environment, Legal, Finance, Communications, etc.) in interpreting regulatory requirements and preparing defenses and justifications. * Represent the concessionaire institutionally at public hearings, technical meetings, and sector-related events. * Conduct regulatory risk analyses and propose strategic and mitigating actions. * Monitor and support tariff review processes, economic-financial rebalancing, and other relevant regulatory matters. * Manage regulatory indicators and prepare management reports for the Executive Board and Board of Directors. * ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST * Support for environmental education programs * Support for environmental education and volunteer programs * Assist employees in complying with environmental education and volunteer concepts and policies **Requirements and qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or Economics; * Preferred specialization in Highway Engineering, Business Management, Projects, or related fields; * Prior experience in the field and with ARTESP is desirable. * ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST * Education: Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate), postgraduate degree and/or specialization in Projects; Over 5 years of experience; Languages: English (advanced); * Knowledge: Cost management, projects (PMO), processes, and people; Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). **Additional information** On-site work location: Bauru / São Paulo **Benefits****:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Daycare assistance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies) Christmas basket Which paths do you still want to transform, and which opportunities do you still want to seize?
