Ensure occupational safety management, promoting zero accidents Rondonópolis Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description \- External Recruitment** Job Mission Responsible for strategically leading the Maintenance area of the Uberlândia plants, ensuring operational reliability, safety, asset management, and excellence in execution, with a focus on sustaining industrial performance, preventing operational regressions, and transforming reliability into a competitive advantage for the business. Acts to ensure planning, coordination, and support of maintenance activities, aligned with the company's productivity, profitability, quality, safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency objectives, while respecting ADM's corporate values and standards. The position plays a fundamental role in advancing the reliability culture, continuous improvement, and asset management, promoting integration among Operations, Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities * Ensure occupational safety management, promoting a zero-accident culture and adherence to corporate safety programs and standards (TPS). * Lead the maintenance and asset management strategy for plants, ensuring high operational reliability, risk reduction, and long-term asset sustainability. * Ensure execution of monthly and annual maintenance programs, aligned with operational and commercial planning, guaranteeing availability, productivity, and industrial performance. * Develop and strengthen a culture of operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement, preventing regressions and continuously elevating operational standards. * Strategically manage industrial assets, considering criticality, lifecycle, operational risks, reliability, and financial impact of decisions. * Ensure technical reliability and quality of executed services, guaranteeing compliance with corporate standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements. * Lead predictive maintenance initiatives, failure analysis, RCA, RCM, condition monitoring, and advanced reliability practices. * Develop data-driven management models using KPIs, trends, analytics, and indicators to anticipate failures and support strategic decision-making. * Participate in defining and prioritizing improvement projects, CAPEX, and industrial optimization initiatives, considering safety, reliability, cost reduction, productivity, and financial return. * Ensure appropriate budgetary management of the area, guaranteeing cost control, budget adherence, and efficient use of financial resources. * Lead and develop maintenance and technical leadership teams, promoting succession planning, technical capability building, and formation of autonomous, high-performance teams. * Collaborate and influence Operations, Engineering, Projects, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology Center teams, aligning reliability with business outcomes. * Lead operational transformation and corporate standardization processes, respecting local plant maturity and ensuring scalability of best practices. * Ensure compliance with corporate environmental management, asset management, AFE controls, cost management, and other corporate systems. * Participate in strategic, cross-functional projects related to process, equipment, people, and operational transformation. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Postgraduate degree/MBA is considered a plus. ### **Experience** * Solid experience in industrial maintenance management, reliability, and asset management within complex industrial operations. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and operating in highly mature operational environments. * Experience implementing and sustaining operational excellence and continuous improvement programs. * Experience with predictive maintenance, failure analysis, RCA, RCM, and indicator-based management. * Knowledge of budgetary management, CAPEX, industrial costs, and operational performance. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Strategic asset and reliability management. * Predictive maintenance and condition-based maintenance. * Failure analysis and reliability methodologies. * KPI management and data-driven models. * Industrial project management and continuous improvement. * Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, and AIB. * Environmental management and industrial sustainability. * Maintenance and asset management systems. * Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts applied to maintenance is a plus. ### **Languages** * Intermediate/advanced English desirable. ### **Other Requirements** * Active CREA or CRQ registration. * Strong leadership, influence, and strategic communication skills. * Willingness to work in an integrated, highly complex industrial environment. **\#IncluindoVocê** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
