If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **What we expect from you:** * Effective communication to establish strong client relationships; * Teamwork to foster a friendly environment; * Organization to manage daily demands; * Dynamism to handle a variety of tasks and challenges. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with air conditioning equipment, such as split, large split, VRF, wall-mounted, ACJ, self-contained, and precision self-contained units; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Solid experience in refrigeration; **Responsibilities:** The role holder is responsible for technical assistance services on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including chillers, fan coils, self-contained units, pumps, and others. Also responsible for the critical electrical systems of such equipment—part of air conditioning and supervisory monitoring—in the absence of the cabling technician. Assisting with OTRS service requests, providing technical oversight of maintenance performed by suppliers, acting as technical consultant, delivering training sessions, implementing methodologies for preventive and corrective maintenance; in short, this professional must address any issue related to refrigeration and air conditioning equipment across all types of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
