Guaracamp offers positions for people with disabilities, in accordance with Art. 93 of Law No. 8.213/91 and Arts. 3 and 4 of Decree No. 3.298/99. **JOB OBJECTIVE**: Ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing thermal comfort and equipment integrity, aligned with safety and sustainability standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems and equipment. * Conduct tests, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure proper operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Assemble and install refrigeration piping, ducts, and branch lines for air conditioning. * Perform refrigerant charging and recharging procedures, adhering to technical and environmental regulations. * Identify and repair leaks and faults in refrigeration systems. * Calculate thermal load to properly size air conditioning equipment and systems. * Apply vacuum to refrigeration systems and ensure correct sealing of components. * Specify and requisition materials, parts, and accessories required for maintenance and installation. * Conduct operational tests on equipment after maintenance or installation to ensure efficiency. * Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and the work area after service completion. * Comply with safety regulations and environmental procedures during maintenance activities. * Supervise external suppliers during installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed technical education in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Experience installing and repairing air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and cold rooms. * Availability to work rotating shifts and on-call duties. * NR 35 – Work at Heights5.
