Job Summary: Work in the Engineering and Maintenance area, operating and monitoring refrigeration systems and water pump stations, performing basic preventive maintenance and inspections. Machine monitoring and inspection **Job Mission:** Work in the Engineering and Maintenance area, operating refrigeration systems, starting motors, fans, and pneumatic and electroelectronic control devices; checking the operation of compressors, ammonia and glycol pumps; inspecting evaporators and condensers; controlling refrigeration system operation, performing basic preventive maintenance including equipment cleaning, oil replacement and replenishment; operating and monitoring the water pump station for hygiene and production use, as well as carrying out other related and inherent duties. Main Responsibilities: * Operate refrigeration systems by starting motors, fans, and pneumatic and electroelectronic control devices to ensure proper system functionality. * Verify the operation of compressors, ammonia and glycol pumps. * Inspect evaporators and condensers. * Control refrigeration system operation, performing basic preventive maintenance including equipment cleaning, oil replacement and replenishment. * Operate and monitor the water pump station for hygiene and production use. * Use communication equipment to record operational incidents and complete routine reports. * Perform tasks in accordance with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. * Conduct inspections to diagnose machine condition and operational status. * Monitor equipment parameters to ensure operational efficiency.
