After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who wholeheartedly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspection and analysis of parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment used for inspection, testing, quality control, and quality assurance; prepare reports describing results, detailing technical and scientific analyses of structural performance and functionality. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their suitability and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in activity execution. * Conduct empirical tests and studies to identify potential process issues, ensuring appropriate resolution and continuous improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed by supervisors. * Participate in internal and external training sessions, following instructions or requests from immediate supervisors. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) policies, including understanding environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry or related fields (Mandatory) * Active CRQ registration (Mandatory) **Worth noting:** Willingness to work rotating shifts!
