Therefore, here you will find people from different places and backgrounds who believe in the importance of unity and in the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft, review, verify, approve, and release operational procedures, forms, and documents related to the quality system, according to your level of competence. * Support departments in implementing quality management system activities, as well as in drafting, modifying, reviewing, and releasing system documents. * Participate in the analysis of the documentation system and propose improvements. * Guide and monitor the implementation of disposition actions, corrective actions, and preventive actions to eliminate recorded nonconformities. * Monitor and participate in internal audits. * Participate in and/or represent ALS in external audits, depending on your level of experience and as requested. * Accompany clients, visitors, and/or accreditation bodies during the audit process. * Participate in the planning, execution, and preparation of reports related to internal and external audits. * Maintain contact with public agencies regarding certificate renewal matters. * Develop and deliver internal training sessions, according to your level of competence. * Keep training records updated in the available tools. * Respond to Quality-related helpdesk tickets, updating, adding, and removing quality system documents. * Attend meetings and monitor the performance of internal champions, evaluating the effectiveness of their actions. * Support equipment management used in studies and control the validity of calibration certificates, initiating appropriate actions. * Depending on your seniority level and at the manager’s discretion, you may guide less experienced professionals and substitute for your supervisor during absences. * Use facilities, furniture, equipment, tools, and materials responsibly and ensure their proper maintenance, as well as maintain organization and cleanliness in your workplace. * Uphold ALS values and comply with current internal practices and policies. * Perform other related duties as required by the department and at the discretion of your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** To work as a Quality Analyst at ALS, we expect you to meet the following requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Quality, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Biomedicine, Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of ABNT ISO/IEC 17025 standard. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Minimum of 3 years of experience.
