An Environmental Engineering company is seeking a Purchaser in São Paulo. UPE is a higher education institution offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Focused on the academic and professional development of its students, it strives to promote quality education. **Responsibilities:** Procure materials and services for medium- and high-complexity industrial projects. Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers using Strategic Sourcing methodologies to reduce costs. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and compliance. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), monitoring the entire process through delivery. Identify and evaluate new suppliers in the market. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, aligning with engineering, planning, and construction requirements.
