If you seek growth in an innovative and sustainable environment, join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze project designs, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine the most suitable materials and methods for construction execution; * Plan and organize activity sequences to ensure efficient service delivery; * Coordinate and oversee all construction phases, ensuring adherence to the established schedule; * Monitor field activities, identify deviations, and propose solutions; * Ensure execution aligns with planning, meeting deadlines and quality standards; * Lead and guide the construction team, promoting alignment and productivity; * Support team development by delivering technical training and, where applicable, serving as an instructor in capacity-building programs; * Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and preservation of materials, machinery, and equipment; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations to protect employees and visitors. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE SEEK?** * Completed high school education; * Experience with medium- and large-scale residential construction companies; * Ability to work collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** **HERE, YOU GROW WITH US AND ENJOY INCREDIBLE BENEFITS:** Meal Allowance: BRL 32.00 per day.
