We are currently expanding — join our team! **Location:** Santana de Parnaíba **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Employment Type:** CLT \| On-site Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver projects compliant with concessionaire standards (layouts, descriptive and calculation memoranda); * Coordinate multidisciplinary projects (drainage, gas, telecommunications, electrical, and civil); * Direct communication with regulatory agencies and concessionaires; * Interaction with manufacturers and suppliers; * Interface with procurement and construction departments; * Conduct technical site visits; * Interpretation and updating of technical standards and software; * Collaborative problem-solving of technical challenges with the team. Desired Qualifications: * Completed or ongoing technical education in Building Construction, Hydraulic and Environmental Sanitation Technology, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD / ZWCAD 2D**; * Minimum of **2 years** of relevant experience.
