We’re waiting for your application!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Study and understand all project documentation (licenses, feasibility studies, commitment agreements, financing contracts, legal projects, and incorporation memoranda). * Study and understand the executive budget manual and the financier’s budget. * Manage all production activities required for construction execution—from inception through completion and approval—aligned with the proposed schedule, budget, and methodology. Responsible for enforcing the schedule with the shortest possible timeframe and highest quality. * Analyze the monthly schedule and prepare the weekly schedule jointly with the Resident Engineer. * Guide and execute site mobilization and demobilization. * Request materials, equipment, and services according to deadlines established in procedures and the construction schedule, submitting requests to the Resident Engineer. Monitor delivery processes with suppliers. * Comply with the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and promote the company’s quality management system culture on-site. * Monitor and evaluate subcontractors’ and third-party services. Report to the Resident Engineer to ensure contractual clauses are fulfilled. Validate subcontractors’ and third parties’ measurements. * Assess the need for hiring, transfers, dismissals, and reclassifications of site personnel. * Identify training and refresher needs for work teams.
