Job Summary: The Production Assistant II will support food production process control, supervise teams, manage certificates and reports, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Supervising and training work teams directly involved in production. Managing certificates, SOPs, and UGB boards (PDCA). Conducting sector analyses and generating control reports. Assisting with equipment operation and maintenance in the department. Integrating with processes and procedures across all company departments. Working in compliance with technical standards and procedures related to quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation. Integrating with processes and procedures across all company departments. 5S Program Candidates with a degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or equivalent qualifications \- will be preferred!
