**Are you a Senior Engineer or Technician with experience in Hardware and/or Software? Join our Engineering and Development team!**
We seek professionals to plan and execute tests, validate products, and analyze results—contributing to the quality and technical compliance of our products.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Develop test plans based on product technical, functional, and regulatory requirements.
* Design test procedures, checklists, and test cases for functional, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and reliability validation.
* Conduct tests in laboratory and production environments using appropriate equipment and instruments for product evaluation and validation.
* Record, analyze, and report test results, preparing technical reports and performance indicators.
* Identify, investigate, and document failures encountered during testing; conduct root cause analysis and track implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
* Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support product development, improvement, and validation.
* Review and analyze technical documentation, including product specifications, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOM), validation reports, and technical manuals.
* Support certification processes with regulatory bodies—including **INMETRO** and **ANATEL**—ensuring compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Technical English proficiency for reading, interpreting, and analyzing technical documentation;
* Experience developing test plans and product validation protocols;
* Hands-on experience conducting functional, electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests;
* Knowledge of preparing technical reports and analyzing test results;
* Experience analyzing, investigating, and documenting failures;
* Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics;
* Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, programmable power supplies, and analyzers;
* Knowledge of product validation and qualification methodologies;
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report generation;
* Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards applicable to electronic products.
