After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment related to the production process, including equipment start-up and peripheral activation; verify feasibility of production scheduling according to Production Planning and Control (PCP); ensure all safety devices are functional; and manage critical process variables to guarantee high performance. * Monitor maintenance activities on equipment under your responsibility; track raw material consumption; analyze and report deviations; periodically conduct rotating inventory; and perform various process-related tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. * Perform quality routines in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including reprocessing disposal and equipment cleaning; report and quarantine non-conforming products; verify and ensure adherence to the Technical Process Standard (TPS), thereby guaranteeing established quality standards. * Carry out low-complexity maintenance tasks such as equipment and machine lubrication and adjustments. * Conduct TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment; issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; and participating in their resolution.
