




Job Summary: The Senior Mechanical Technician performs equipment installation, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, in compliance with safety standards. Ensures punctuality and adherence to response time requirements The Senior Mechanical Technician (VI) is responsible for performing technical activities related to equipment installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring quality, productivity, and fulfillment of customer requirements. Works in accordance with technical and safety procedures, collaborating with the team and support areas to ensure proper execution of tasks. Adapts to changes and understands organizational culture, always prioritizing safety, appropriate use of PPE, and customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform technical tasks assigned by the company according to customer requirements. * Address general customer needs regarding equipment and product installation, maintenance, and support. * Arrive punctually at the worksite with appropriate tools. * Contribute to improving equipment availability through preventive and corrective maintenance. * Install equipment, networks, and/or replacement parts in accordance with standards and procedures. * Meet service and repair deadlines established in **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)** . * Reduce system and equipment downtime to avoid contractual penalties. * Provide technical support and guidance on installation and maintenance processes for offered products. * Respond promptly to customer requests and make operational decisions appropriate to experience level. * Ensure punctuality in scheduled activities and adherence to response time requirements. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Preferred **3 to 5 years of experience** in maintenance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or precision air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment (depending on specific requirements). * Additional knowledge in **installation, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment**, **industrial standards**, **work at height**, and **environmental management** . **EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS** * Technical education in **Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields** . * Preferably **technical certifications in the specific discipline** . * **Professional registration or certification** for field activities. **WORK LOCATION** * São Paulo Metropolitan Region \#LI\-TA1
