




Carry out the separation and dispensing of materials and prescribed or requested medications, ensuring that patient care is provided appropriately. **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive, inspect, and store items in accordance with current regulations; * Portion and label; * Perform separation and verification of materials and prescribed/requested medications as required; * Provide counter services upon manual request or via system; * Monitor inventory levels of materials and medications, verifying expiration dates, batch numbers, organization, and environmental cleanliness; * Flag when specific materials or medications reach the predetermined minimum stock level; * Portion medications as needed; * Dispense medications and materials to requesting units, ensuring supply safety; * Perform inventory write-offs, returns, and transfers of medications and materials to maintain up-to-date inventory records; * Monitor temperature control for thermolabile medications and the environment; * Provide data to the immediate supervisor for indicator consolidation; * Record incidents in the shift logbook; * Carry out related activities as outlined in the procedures manual. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical Pharmacy course; * Computer literacy; * Prior experience in the role is desirable. **Additional information** The **SPDM** – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine – is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970. It was inaugurated on March 30, 2012, managed by OSS-SPDM – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine, under the Management Contract signed on September 30, 2011 with the São Paulo State Department of Health. **Outpatient Clinic** The Mogi das Cruzes Medical Specialty Outpatient Clinic serves as a regional reference for the Alto Tietê area, which has a population of 2.5 million people, 70% (1.7 million) of whom rely on SUS. The region comprises 11 municipalities: Arujá, Biritiba Mirim, Ferraz de Vasconcelos, Guararema, Guarulhos, Itaquaquecetuba, Mogi das Cruzes, Poá, Salesópolis, Santa Isabel, and Suzano. With a built area of 2,550 m² across two floors, it features medical consultation rooms, a room for minor procedures, a recovery room, dressing rooms, and examination rooms. Since its inauguration, the MEDICAL SPECIALTY OUTPATIENT CLINIC – AME MOGI DAS CRUZES has pursued excellence in public health services, acting with commitment to social responsibility, transparency, and efficiency in outpatient management. Care is delivered by a qualified multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing patients with optimal care delivered with humanization. Outpatient services are intended for internal demand and users referred by Primary Health Care Units. Spontaneous or emergency demand is not accepted.
