If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Detailed Description:** **Purpose of the Role:** Ensure technical, legal, and safety compliance for Mechanical Construction projects, guaranteeing that execution strictly adheres to approved designs, technical standards (ABNT-ISO), and municipal legislation. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Field Inspections:** Conduct daily or periodic site inspections to verify service quality, materials used, and ensure activities are carried out safely according to Alumar standards and procedures. * **Technical Compliance:** Ensure execution complies with designs, descriptive specifications, and engineering specifications. * **Safety and Standards:** Monitor proper use of PPEs/collective protective equipment (CPEs) and adherence to occupational safety (e.g., NR-18) and environmental regulations. * **Documentation and Measurements:** Prepare Construction Diaries (RDO), photographic non-conformance reports, and validate service measurements for payment release. * **Legal Interface:** Verify existence of permits, technical identification plaques, and compliance with local Building Codes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical Course in Electromechanics or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * **Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret complex designs and regulatory standards applicable to mechanical projects (NR 12, NR 13, NR 18, NR 33, and NR 35); experience with load lifting operations and performance-related technical standards. * **Skills:** Strong communication skills; assertive attitude to implement corrective actions or halt non-compliant work fronts; strong technical writing ability for reports and assessments. * **Advantages:** Active registration with CREA or CFT; familiarity with field reporting software. * Availability for on-site work in São Luís/MA. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 07:10 to 16:30 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
