**We count on you to** **Key responsibilities:** * Develop, validate, and approve rigid and flexible packaging, ensuring performance, quality, and competitive cost. * Support the creation of artwork, technical drawings, and execution of tests on the production line. * Interface with packaging suppliers and Saint-Gobain Research Center (Capivari), conducting physical, mechanical, and chemical analyses. * Collaborate with various internal departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, Procurement, Marketing, Supply, and LATAM teams) to ensure technical and operational alignment. **Is this job for you?** **Requirements:** * Education: Engineering degrees (Materials, Chemical, Production, Environmental, Mechanical) or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. * English: Intermediate * Spanish: Preferred * Proficiency in tools: Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. * Preferred: Prior experience with packaging.
