Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and guiding the Occupational Health and Safety system, including developing, controlling, and updating occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and procedures. Conduct risk analysis and propose preventive measures * **Environmental and recycling company.** **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for coordinating and guiding the Occupational Health and Safety system, performing inspections, identifying and analyzing risks, investigating accidents, and proposing preventive measures. * Develop, control, and update occupational health and safety standards, procedures, and documentation; conduct training sessions; generate reports, KPIs, and indicators (SG3\); and maintain a database to support analysis and decision-making. * Other duties within the area; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM, with a 1-hour break / Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Requirements:** * Knowledge of safety regulations; * Experience under the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT); * Technical course in Occupational Health and Safety; * Relevant work experience; * Basic understanding of labor documentation; * Flexibility regarding working hours. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, during business hours; Employment type: CLT (permanent contract). **Remuneration / Benefits** * Medical assistance * Pharmacy benefit plan * On-site cafeteria * Education allowance * Attendance bonus * Transportation allowance (VT) or mobility assistance * Wellhub / Gympass (discounts at gyms) Job type: Permanent CLT position Work location: On-site Job type: Permanent CLT position Compensation: Starting from R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
