Detailed description: * Monitor company compliance with occupational safety laws, inspecting work areas/sites, assessing behaviors and risk factors, and guiding employees toward proper practices. * Prepare, organize, and conduct training sessions, including DDS, Brigade Meetings, and others as needed. * Evaluate safety documentation from suppliers accessing company facilities, verifying their compliance with environmental operating conditions to prevent government penalties and ensure employee safety; assess/prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis), audit field Work Permits, lead SHE campaigns. * Monitor and investigate all workplace incidents/accidents by visiting the site, verifying conditions, conducting group accident analysis, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate preventive and control measures. * Perform activities related to compliance with safety regulations according to plan, supporting CIPA processes, simulation drills, mandatory trainings and others, as well as inspecting safety and firefighting equipment to ensure they are properly maintained and operational. * Monitor measurements of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and ergonomic hazards within facilities by visiting work areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee safety. * Carry out activities outlined in the PGR (Risk Prevention Plan) and other specific area programs. * Support management in handling critical processes within the unit, assisting in developing training matrices, risk management, operational procedures and others, focusing on health and safety aspects. * Perform assigned tasks according to received plans, under supervision or support from more technically experienced professionals or immediate supervisors, even if only for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
