Contribute to defining technical specifications of services and products to be acquired through procurement. Participate in the safe behavior program, training leaders, monitoring when necessary the application of checklists and tracking results. Create purchase requests for services and products and control them from acquisition to implementation. Develop and conduct safety talks and workplace safety inspections. Analyze high-risk tasks to be performed by employees and/or third parties. Evaluate, issue technical assessment, and archive third-party safety documentation. Maintain an emergency response system, including planning and conducting drills involving victim care, evacuation plans, fire fighting, spill containment, among others. Ensure maintenance of fire-fighting and emergency response systems. Ensure updating of safety procedures and equipment. Issue and submit work accident reports (CAT) to the relevant authorities. Plan, execute, and oversee the CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) election process and its documentation throughout the management period. Participate in planning safety campaigns and organize SIPAT (Internal Accident Prevention Week). Monitor environmental risk assessments for the development of the PGR (Risk Management Program). Prepare the PPP (Social Security Professional Profile) regarding occupational safety data. Ensure compliance with the sustainable and responsible driving procedure. Monitor and ensure fulfillment of assigned tasks according to the established work plan. Perform other related duties to ensure the safety of personnel and company assets.
