Contribute to health, safety, and environmental campaigns **Position: Occupational Safety Technician** **Location:** Americana – SP **Employment Type:** On-site \| Full-time **Salary:** To be discussed **Job Description:** The **YAPP Brasil**, an automotive sector multinational, is launching operations at its new Americana plant and seeks an **Occupational Safety Technician** to actively promote a safe, healthy, and regulatory-compliant work environment. This professional will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety practices, directly contributing to the structuring of the new site and ensuring accident prevention and employee awareness. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect facilities and equipment, identifying risk factors and proposing preventive actions. * Conduct mandatory and awareness-raising occupational safety training. * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and action plans. * Manage inventory, distribution, and compliance of uniforms and PPE. * Support the unit's Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements. * Contribute to health, safety, and environmental campaigns, programs, and initiatives. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, regulatory norms, and internal standards. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate or technological degree in Occupational Safety. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. * Intermediate English proficiency, due to interaction with international teams. * Practical knowledge of key NRs (Regulatory Norms) and safety management tools. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the automotive industry * Experience in contract management * Experience in multinational companies * Experience with plastic processes * Experience delivering training * Engineering background is a plus **Desired Trainings:** * ISO 14001 Internal Auditor * ISO 45001 Internal Auditor * CIPA (NR\-05\) * First Aid (NR\-07\) If you are a prevention-oriented professional passionate about fostering safe environments and seeking to grow within a globally expanding company, this opportunity is for you!
