Job Summary: Occupational safety professional responsible for accident prevention, training, inspections, and safety program management. Key Highlights: 1. Promote accident and occupational disease prevention activities 2. Conduct accident prevention and regulatory standards training 3. Implement, guide, and monitor CIPA and fire brigade activities **Main Responsibilities:** Promote accident and occupational disease prevention activities. Maintain safety records. Conduct accident prevention and regulatory standards training. Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS). Perform field inspections; implement, guide, and monitor CIPA and fire brigade activities. Support SIPAT initiatives. Assist in accident analysis and investigation. Collaborate on preventive and corrective action plans. Assist the engineer in identifying environmental hazards and agents. Participate in monitoring periodic medical examinations and maintaining the PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, and other programs. Monitor and track delivery and use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs); manage control metrics, reports, and management spreadsheets. Monitor APRs (Risk Analysis Procedures) and work orders; control and monitor disposal of products and waste. **Requirements:** Technical qualification in Occupational Safety and registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E.). Experience with e-Social is desirable. Ability to deliver and develop training aligned with Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-10 and NR-35. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician in the electrical sector. **Benefits:** Competitive market-based salary.
