Job Summary: A professional responsible for promoting accident prevention, conducting training sessions, safety inspections, and overseeing regulatory programs to ensure occupational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Active involvement in accident and occupational disease prevention 2. Implementation and monitoring of CIPA and fire brigade activities 3. Collaboration in preventive and corrective action plans **Main Responsibilities:** Promote accident and occupational disease prevention initiatives. Maintain safety records. Conduct accident prevention and regulatory standard (NR) training. Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS). Perform field inspections. Implement, guide, and monitor CIPA and fire brigade activities. Collaborate on SIPAT initiatives. Support accident analysis and investigation. Collaborate on preventive and corrective action plans. Assist engineers in identifying environmental risks and hazardous agents. Participate in monitoring periodic medical examinations and maintaining the PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, and other programs. Monitor and supervise the delivery and use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs). Perform control and indicator tracking, reporting, and management spreadsheets. Monitor APRs (Hazard Analysis Reports) and work orders. Control and monitor product and waste disposal. **Requirements:** Technical qualification in Occupational Safety and registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E.). Experience with e-Social is desirable. Ability to deliver and develop training aligned with NRs, especially NR-10 and NR-35. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician in the electrical sector. **Benefits:** Competitive market-based salary.
