Job Summary: An occupational safety professional to identify hazards, develop prevention programs, conduct inspections, and deliver training, ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and control of workplace hazards 2. Development and monitoring of prevention programs 3. Promotion of safety campaigns and training **Responsibilities:** * Identify, analyze, and propose measures for eliminating or controlling workplace hazards; * Develop and monitor the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), technical reports, and other occupational safety documentation; * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, facilities, and operational practices; * Promote safety campaigns and training on topics including PPE usage, accident prevention, and first aid; * Investigate and record workplace accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Support expert assessments and inspections by competent authorities (e.g., Ministry of Labor); * Manage the supply and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Maintain legally required safety records up to date; * Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and participate in meetings with Human Resources and Management. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Prior experience in occupational safety; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR\-06, NR\-09, NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, among others. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with FortesRH system * Residency in Caucaia\- Ceará **Benefits:** * Company transportation route; * On-site cafeteria; * Recognition bonus; * Creditas Card (food allowance) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.200,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance Selection Question(s): * How to structure a PGR aligned with GRO (NR\-1\)?
