JOB MISSION: * Develop occupational safety standards aimed at eliminating workplace hazards, protecting employees' physical integrity, promoting environmental sustainability, and minimizing labor and social security risks for the organization. * Contribute to the development of educational initiatives in occupational health and safety through lectures, workshops, training sessions, meetings, and other dissemination tools for the collective. * Develop and monitor the Health Services Waste Management Plan (PGRSS). * Develop and conduct training on safety standards, use of PPE, fire brigade, and SIPAT. * Responsible for training and qualifying work teams on applicable Regulatory Norms (NRs) at HCSV. * Monitor inspections in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety (SST) and the environment. * Conduct Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) whenever construction activities occur within the hospital premises, and disseminate applicable safety standards to maintenance and construction teams. * Participate in the development of the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), Technical Report on Working Environment Conditions (LTCAT), and other applicable reports, as required by NRs. * Enforce and monitor compliance with NRs, responding to the Ministry of Labor when necessary. * Draft, participate in, and implement occupational health and safety policies. * Monitor the entire electoral process of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) for the Hospital and External Units, attending meetings; * Monitor, advise, and formalize with the Ministry of Labor (MTE) the entire electoral process for CIPA formation and related matters. * Control PPE usage, recording issuance and return in dedicated forms. * Develop specific Work Orders outlining tasks and associated occupational risks for each function. * Prepare the Social Security Professional Profile (PPP), completing sections relevant to occupational safety. * Organize and prepare occupational safety-related events. * Ensure availability of occupational safety documentation for labor-related proceedings. * Compile and enter occupational health and safety data into systems and spreadsheets to generate indicators for presentation to management and support decision-making. * Promote integration of new employees and third-party personnel regarding safety standards. * Request and verify third-party documentation prior to execution of any activity conducted on company premises related to SESMT. * Prepare the Accident Communication Form (CAT) when necessary and notify regulatory bodies (e.g., INSS). * Evaluate various workplaces for safety and regulatory compliance during routine and/or scheduled inspections. * Analyze environmental risk areas within the sector or upon request. * Maintain an updated chemical products inventory by coordinating with user departments, reviewing respective Safety Data Sheets (SDS/FISPQ), and informing/training employees about occupational hazards. * Promptly and formally communicate all non-conformities identified during routine and/or scheduled SESMT inspections to partner departments and management. * Comply with occupational safety norms and procedures while performing duties, using designated PPE. * Perform other duties related to the position.
