Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, implementing, and managing occupational health and safety policies, assessing work environments, and promoting educational initiatives. Development of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Plan the occupational health and safety policy; Identify the institution's administrative policy; Diagnose the general conditions of the OHS area; Conduct technical analysis of workplace environmental conditions; Compare current conditions with legislation; Evaluate legal references for the policy to be implemented; Demonstrate the economic impact of policy implementation; Demonstrate the impact on worker safety resulting from policy implementation; Negotiate policy applicability Disseminate the policy within the institution or company; Manage implementation challenges; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; Manage the application of the OHS policy; Establish improvement programs, projects, and procedures; Develop preventive and/or corrective programs; Implement preventive and/or corrective programs; Implement technical and administrative procedures; Promote joint action with the health department; Develop an occupational health and safety management system (OHS) Assess the work environment; Apply scientific methodology for assessment; Conduct inspections; Study the relationship between spatial occupation and sustainable development; Assess emergency response procedures; Participate in the environmental management system; Evaluate organizational activities against official OHS programs and others; Evaluate system performance; Supervise technical procedures; Conduct preliminary risk analysis (PRA) Interpret indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of implemented programs; Validate indicators of efficiency and effectiveness; Align the OHS policy with legal requirements; Identify indicators for system replanning; Adopt quantitative and qualitative research methodologies; Verify service delivery levels and prospects for advancement; Verify implementation of preventive and corrective actions; Establish intervention mechanisms Identify educational needs in OHS; Promote OHS educational initiatives; Develop a schedule for occupational safety and health educational activities; Develop teaching resources and materials for occupational safety and health educational activities; Train peer educators; Implement technical team exchanges, **Requirements:** Demonstrate qualification as a mid-level technician in Occupational Safety, duly registered with the Ministry of Labor. Hold an active professional registration. Mid-level technicians must have at least 06 (six) months of professional experience in occupational safety activities, documented in the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS). Submit proof and/or certificate of completion of NR-10, NR-33, and NR-35 training\.
