ON-SITE POSITION IN SÃO JOSÉ DOS CAMPOS/JACAREÍ/GUARATINGUETÁ
Responsibilities:
* Investigate risks and accident causes;
* Manage safety and environmental indicators;
* Implement corrective and preventive actions;
* Manage waste and issue MTRs (Material Transfer Reports);
* Manage and develop DDS (Daily Safety Talks), checklists, work permits, risk analyses, environmental licenses, and CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) documentation;
* Conduct risk assessments and authorize highway activity execution;
* Onboard new employees;
* Prepare safety reports;
* Distribute and control PPE (Personal Protective Equipment);
* Prior experience with companies engaged in highway construction and maintenance is a plus.
Requirements:
Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety;
Prior experience in highway maintenance and preservation is a plus;
Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NR);
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Flexibility regarding working hours;
Willingness to travel;
Valid driver's license (CNH) to accompany teams at highway worksites;
Active MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment) registration.
Benefits:
Meal allowance of R$ 509.74 per month; basic food basket of R$ 182.85.
Employment type: Permanent CLT contract.
Compensation: To be agreed upon.
