Technical Knowledge/Previous Experience: * Solid expertise in occupational safety. * Team management experience is desirable. Position Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all occupational safety activities, guiding and supervising the work of safety technicians, preparing reports, delivering training sessions and meetings, presenting performance indicators, and implementing safety standards to reduce accident risks and ensure dissemination of safety culture. * Execute and monitor actions outlined in the Work Plan. * Guide Occupational Safety Technicians in carrying out area-specific tasks. Ensure and monitor the formation and refresher training of fire brigades across units. * Supervise and annually conduct environmental assessments to identify hazardous agents in workplaces, enabling issuance of the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA); monitor and support CIPA and SIPAT activities. * Apply occupational safety engineering knowledge to the workplace and all its components. * Prepare monthly and annual statistical reports. Identify, request, and inspect collective protective equipment and firefighting equipment in accordance with current legislation and recommended technical specifications and quality standards. 2512110202491913150
