We are currently seeking a professional for the position of Manufacturing Supervisor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and direct departmental activities, assigning tasks and monitoring execution with the team and supervisors; * Monitor and ensure production performance, guaranteeing productivity, quality, and on-time delivery; * Analyze performance indicators and define operational actions and strategies to improve results; * Act proactively in managing the production process, anticipating deviations and ensuring operational stability; * Coordinate with support departments to implement solutions meeting production needs and delivery deadlines; * Ensure handling of non-conformities, monitor action plans, and prevent recurrence; * Ensure and reinforce compliance with safety standards and programs, promoting a preventive culture and adoption of best practices; * Guide and develop the team, ensuring adherence to procedures and operational standards; * Guarantee compliance with internal standards and requirements related to quality, safety, and environment; * Support people management by recommending team-related actions; * Resolve technical issues and ensure availability of productive resources; * Request and monitor maintenance activities and material needs to ensure proper departmental operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge:** Lean Manufacturing methodology; Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment; Experience in foundry processes; Experience in production processes, production control, and continuous improvement; Production indicator analysis tools. **Additional Information** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Corporate Restaurant Pharmacy Benefit Program Profit-Sharing Program Corporate Learning Platform Psychological Support Community Space "Together for Agribusiness" Develop innovative agricultural solutions that ensure life sustainability.
