Work Location: Atibaia/SP Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work Modality: On-site *Internal employees interested in this opportunity must express their interest directly to the Human Resources department.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety), guaranteeing compliance with internal standards, applicable legislation, and customer requirements. * Act as a liaison between operational and strategic areas, promoting sustainable practices, process quality, and a safety culture. * Coordinate programs, annual strategic planning, and projects related to the Management System, aligned with corporate guidelines. * Ensure achievement of Management System performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Guarantee compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949), internal standards, and other applicable regulatory requirements. * Lead internal and external audits, managing the entire audit process—from scheduling through follow-up on action plans for nonconformities. * Ensure updating and management of documentation and computerized systems (SAP, ECN, Deviations). * Develop and implement policies and procedures focused on sustainability and continuous improvement. * Conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns on the ESG-Q Management System for operational and administrative teams. * Analyze statistical data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. * Provide technical support to production areas, ensuring quality and safety in electronic component assembly processes. * Manage the Management System dashboard, keeping it updated and improving data dissemination.
