




Job Summary: A multifaceted maintenance professional responsible for performing tasks across various areas including hydraulic systems, carpentry, joinery, masonry, and general services, adhering to safety and quality standards. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards Plan and carry out maintenance activities in accordance with technical, quality, safety, health, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform hydraulic maintenance, including replacing, cleaning, repairing, and installing non-medical parts, components, and equipment; * Conduct carpentry and joinery maintenance; repair furniture, replace and adjust doors and windows, replace parts, and repair floors and wooden flooring; * Carry out masonry and façade services, including paint restoration, surface waterproofing, washing, preparation, and application of products; * Perform general services (e.g., showerhead replacement, door and window repairs, light bulb replacement, etc.); * Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
