Description

Job Summary: Perform general maintenance on facilities, executing hydraulic, carpentry, masonry, construction, and cleaning services in accordance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance 2. Continuous inspections and repairs of facilities and equipment 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance, with organization of materials and tools **Daily Responsibilities:** ----------------------- Perform hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repair, and installation of parts, components, and equipment, as well as maintenance of glass and façades, cleaning of premises and accessories, in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. Conduct inspections to identify needs for repairs, adjustments, and continuous maintenance of facilities, including painting, joinery, accessories, and equipment. Execute a variety of maintenance, construction, renovation, and demolition services for cement structures, such as tile and ceramic tiling, mortar preparation, and material transportation to work sites. Perform marking of traffic signage lines, touch up painting, repair furniture and equipment, unclog sinks and washbasins, tighten screws, prune trees, clean roofs, water tanks, and sewage tanks, as well as other maintenance and cleaning-related activities. Submit requests and perform material quantity calculations required for preventive and corrective maintenance. Assist in the maintenance of machinery in general, collaborating with teams responsible for their proper operation. Complete daily reports of performed services and materials to be requested, maintaining accurate records of activities carried out. Maintain organization and cleanliness of personal tools, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. ### **Required Qualifications:** ##### **Course \- NR35**
