Focus on safety, hygiene, and quality standards Plan and carry out maintenance activities in compliance with technical, quality, safety, health, and environmental protection standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform plumbing maintenance, including replacing, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and non-medical equipment; * Carry out carpentry and joinery maintenance; repair furniture, replace and adjust doors and windows, replace parts, and repair floors and wooden flooring; * Perform masonry and façade work, including repainting, waterproofing surfaces, washing, preparing, and applying products; * Perform general maintenance tasks (e.g., showerhead replacement, door and window repairs, light bulb replacement, etc.); * Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
