If you answered yes and are ready for new challenges, what are you waiting for to join our Maintenance team? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on substations (34.5 kV / 230 kV) and wind turbines, following established technical standards and procedures. * Conduct visual and operational inspections to identify failures or anomalies in electrical and mechanical equipment. * Assist in diagnosing and analyzing turbine performance using monitoring systems. * Replace simple components—such as fuses, cables, sensors, and small mechanical parts—always under supervision by more experienced technicians. * Support corrective maintenance activities, participating in the replacement of critical parts and adjustments to protection devices. * Strictly comply with safety regulations for high-voltage and height-related work, including proper use of PPE. * Perform electrical measurements to record operational parameters and support equipment performance monitoring. * Document and complete detailed reports of all performed activities, ensuring traceability and control of interventions carried out. * Support the execution of simple tests on protection and control systems of substations and wind turbines, ensuring devices operate according to technical specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in maintenance of substations, wind turbines, transmission lines, and high-voltage equipment; * Ability to prepare technical reports; * Knowledge of electrical testing on high-voltage equipment; * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, or Electromechanics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Understanding of networks; * Knowledge of substations (34.5 kV / 230 kV) and wind turbines (Alstom and Suzlon) will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** Learn about our benefits: * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal Voucher; * Private Pension Plan; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Transportation Voucher; * Gympass; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Massage Services.
