Job Summary: This professional will supervise and coordinate teams executing highway drainage works, ensuring compliance and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Technical knowledge of drainage construction methods #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate teams executing surface and deep drainage works on highways. * Interpret and implement civil engineering drainage designs, including sizing and layout of drainage elements (gutters, ditches, culverts, storm drains). * Ensure executed work complies with technical specifications, engineering standards, and scheduled deadlines. * Conduct quality control of materials and drainage work execution, performing on-site measurements and inspections. * Implement and monitor occupational safety regulations (NRs) and environmental procedures at the construction site. * Manage equipment, machinery, and human resources to optimize team productivity. * Prepare daily production reports, record incidents, and communicate progress to project management. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in highway infrastructure works, with emphasis on drainage system implementation. * In-depth technical knowledge of drainage construction methods (earthworks, pavement, drainage structures). * Advanced ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings, including plans, sections, and drainage details. * Prior experience in leadership and field team management, with emphasis on results and safety. * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for civil construction, especially NR\-18 (Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction Industry). * Technical education in Building Construction, Highways, Surveying, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Basic knowledge of construction planning and control software ( ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Team Development ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Plan, Dental Plan, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Commute Support, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
