With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Land Release Analyst’s mission is to support all stages of the land release process for construction projects, property expropriation, land negotiation, and regularization within territories of interest to Sabesp for sanitation infrastructure projects. * Support coordination with departments involved in land release to ensure proper execution of data management, documentation, and field land surveys. * Monitor technical land-related services, including the preparation and analysis of physical, asset, and socioeconomic property records for properties subject to partial or full expropriation, as well as easements. * Support the Coordination team in developing fieldwork schedules, ensuring outsourced land release services are executed to high standards of quality and organization. * Analyze maps, survey plans, physical surveys, technical document databases, and related deliverables aimed at enabling land release for Sabesp’s areas of interest. * Analyze and monitor performance indicators for land release management processes under their responsibility; * Monitor demands related to valuation and negotiation of expropriated areas. * Prepare and analyze databases, diagnostics, technical reports, and technical presentations to meet the needs of departments involved in the land release process. * + Prepare and analyze georeferenced maps, studies, and reports integrated with land registry data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Driver’s license (CNH) preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication skills. .
