We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** **Description:** Perform physical and chemical tests according to instructions from the immediate supervisor, to meet specifications required in concrete placement, compaction, and asphalt paving projects, as well as control the quality of inputs and materials to be used on-site. * Receive field samples and conduct laboratory analyses on soil, concrete, and other materials. * Monitor the receipt of all aggregates required for project execution and perform sampling tests to ensure final product quality. * Prepare samples and conduct tests according to pre-established standards and instructions from the supervisor, to obtain readings and results for calculations and analyses. * Perform calculations and generate graphs for soil and concrete tests based on collected data, determining particle size distribution, density, moisture content, and strength, to support result analysis. * Issue reports, graphs, and other documentation related to test results. * Guide the team in soil or concrete sample collection and preparation activities, ensuring tests and analyses meet company requirements. * Support supervision of activities within the area of responsibility by identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted. * Comply with company and client standards regarding quality, safety, environmental control, behavior, regulatory compliance, and personal conduct, and properly wear uniforms and PPE throughout the company premises. **Education:** * Incomplete elementary school. **Knowledge:** * Precision measurement instruments and equipment. * Tests related to soils, asphalt, concrete, and crushing. * ABNT standards. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel Willingness to relocate
