Carry out civil engineering, infrastructure, and airport operations projects, monitoring implementation and compliance with defined schedules, budgets, and scopes; analyzing and executing projects and technical reviews; and providing integrated support to quality and sustainability processes. Contributing to ensuring technical compliance, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards, with the aim of protecting people and promoting legal security for the company, as well as disseminating and monitoring employees regarding policies, guidelines, and procedures of the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. Prepare technical specifications, descriptive reports, budgets, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD and other modeling tools. Provide support in the technical and economic feasibility analysis of projects, while ensuring that projects and construction works comply with national and international technical standards, including ABNT – Brazilian Association of Technical Standards and other regulatory bodies. Monitor activities related to the integration of multidisciplinary projects, participating in the follow-up of licensing procedures with regulatory and environmental agencies. Develop and review construction and project schedules using specific tools, ensuring compliance with established phases. Monitor the execution of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, supervising deadlines, resources, and quality standards. Prepare periodic technical reports presenting project status, performance indicator analysis, and improvement recommendations. Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems according to ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001). Conduct regular technical site visits to monitor operational conditions, verify progress, and support resolution of technical issues. Interact with third parties, such as suppliers and contractors, to align deliverables and validate scopes. Participate in internal and external audits and collaborate in implementing identified corrective actions. Address non-conformities and reduce process risks, handling non-conformities related to assigned activities, identifying hazards and assessing risks associated with airport operations, complying with requirements of applicable standards, and fulfilling, monitoring, and recording compliance with applicable legal requirements. Participate in accident investigations, collecting information and recording it in specific forms; participate in and follow up on QSMA (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) committee activities; and prepare records in specific minutes. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Advantage: Active registration with CREA.
