If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Manage inventory and follow up on COGI items (inventory adjustment for correct material consumption in SAP). * Analyze consumption of inputs, raw materials, or expired products in inventory. * Reconcile daily Production Records \- SOX Control. * Conduct third-party inventory / inventory reconciliation, including accounting for losses within the relevant period and reversing or recording production balances as per NC. * Support, guide, and alert Operations during rotating inventory execution. * Address SAP discrepancies between fiscal documents and tax calculations. * Manage purchase, service, and freight invoices (inbound XML management) to prevent improper invoices or failure to comply with fiscal posting requirements. * Monitor and manage pending invoices (GNF) to ensure no pending service invoices remain unreturned, thereby avoiding unwarranted expenses and fiscal penalties. * Ensure SOX control through internal audit routines for the process. * Provide technical support to internal departments and other members of the inbound team. * Manage inbound time for loads transferred between units. * Provide documentary support for internal departments, audits, or inspections. **Job Description Continued** ---------------------------------- * Comply with BRF’s Sustainability Policy, promoting management and meeting global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) indicators and commitments. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree. + Degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Competencies** ------------------------- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of area-specific KPIs and management tools Knowledge of systems and solutions \- SAP Knowledge of defining and structuring KPIs and dashboards Knowledge of controller functions Familiarity with applicable internal policies, standards, and procedures Apply now and become part of BRF!
